Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, recording artist and businesswoman. The award-winning actress has received numerous accolades during her career. Additionally, she was nominated twice for Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis starred numerous television series including Hiram Campanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2009) Green Rose (2009) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). In addition, she hosted the variety show It's Showtime at noon (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina native to Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith, an Australian attorney. She was born at Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father married Ojales in 1982. Jasmine's younger sister, also an actor, is her father. Clare was diagnosed with an illness of the heart in 2007, she was barely 4 months old.
